For the best chance of receiving matching dye lots, we recommend ordering enough yarn for your entire project. While we will endeavour to include matching dye lots when ordering multiple skeins of the same colour, in some instances this may not be possible.
I had the most ridiculous time waiting for my yarn to be delivered. Despite how incredibly prompt the dispatching was, Australia post sent my wool between the same three depo’s for 7 business days. I was asked to review the yarn before it even arrived! But this is not YOYUers fault and I honestly didn’t think this yarn could make me forget that ordeal. But it has. This yarn is of such fine quality, colour and packaging that I’m in awe. All my future commissioned pieces will have their yarn supplied this lovely business, no doubt about it.
